This is a YouTube video on tx of a varicose vein. I was looking at another case and compared the difference between ICD-9 and ICD-10 codes for varicose vein. Here is an example:
454.8 Varicose, vein, with, pain
I83.812 Varix, leg, left, with, pain

Notice the extra detail. ICD-10 is going to be fun and a lot easier once you get the hang of it.
