Q&A Useage of modifer -59

Hi all, if you have an extra minute in the next webinar can you talk about modifer -59 a bit. I seem to be one of those that over use it. I have gotten a few questions wrong by adding it. I have gotten the modifer download. It is very helpful. Maybe a couple of examples of when it is appropate to use, and when it is not, so I can see the difference. An you always have handy tips that are easy to remember. Thanks so much.:)
