Hmm... I suppose there is such a thing as a miss-transcription of the actual dictated words, causing the doctor's word "Trileptal" to be transcribed as "Trilepta". Seems likely. Can you send it back, somehow, to be re-checked and corrected?
On the other hand, Googling "Trilepa" brings up stuff on "Trilepal", so there is no perscription called "Trilepa".
This probably isn't the only time this sort of thing will happen. Maybe you should discuss what to do for "fuzzy dictations" with your employer. Then record it in writing with a follow-up email which you save for future reference.
