Thinking about trying the program, but what about the refund?

I mistakenly thought you can preview the whole course, any part of it, within 30 days (this one- https://www.cco.us/medical-coding-course-online/)

I didn't realize you can only preview the first module, well it says you can preview the Blitz videos online as well. Are all of the 17 hours of Blitz videos (which are included as a bonus- they are NOT the modules that are part of the main course ) that are on the Blitz DVD's- (which you must return unopened for the refund) available online as well to preview?

I checked with the helpdesk on this. Here is the policy.

Purchasers can request a refund as long as it follows the Student Contract they signed when they first signed up.

Which states:

"WITHDRAWAL / REFUND POLICY
I understand I can request a refund in writing within 30 days of registration or the completion of one chapter (whichever comes first). I understand the refund will be paid less the non-refundable $150 registration fee upon return of unopened DVDs."


If they do more than Chapter 1, they no longer qualify for refund. They would get refunded minus $150 admin fee. If they received DVDs, these must be sent back for refund.

I wanted to clarify that you can indeed preview the whole course (and Blitz online) but once you complete one full module the refund period ends.
