Hello! I went to an AAPC chapter meeting tonight & it was on ICD-10 mapping. They talked alot about SNOMED-CT (Systematized Nonmenclature Of MEDicine - Clinical Terminology) but I am still confused as to what role this plays in coding & if it is something I should be concerned about? Can you clarify this any for me? Thank you?
