Q&A Retrieve password from the previous webinar?

How do you retrieve the password from the previous webinar, in order to recieve your CEU.

If you attended past webinar (before October) you would gotten a email with the code, not a password. It will be in the email where you register for your webinar. Check your inbox

The webinar was Thursday October 21, 2014 not even 30 days old. Does that mean you cant retrieve the password to collect your printed CEU certificate?

At the webinar a code was given if you stayed until the end. You only had 24 hours after webinar to get your ceu. Correct me Ruth if I am wrong. CCO is no longer sending the CEU certificate #.

Yes, we have found it necessary to simply give a link and password during the webinar so those who are online during the webinar should not have a problem retrieving the CEU. The CEU link is available for 24 hours. We do a check to verify that the person was actually attending. This is a change in procedure that went into effect on Oct. 23 for the October 2014 Q&A Webinar.

If you missed the webinar, join the CCO Club, and you can earn CEUs by learning the material presented in the video clips and taking a 10 question quiz. The CCO Club is $19.95 a month and you may cancel at any time.
