Making list of graphics on ICD-9 and CPT manuals

"Tracking Graphics/Illustrations in ICD-9 and CPT manuals? Is there an effective way to track the graphics/illustrations in both the ICD-9 manual and the CPT manual. I find that on the Respiratory System, it helps me to understand the anatomy/structure but the graphics are not all in the same section or manual. I even draw in my own graphics. I wondered if someone/a student even may have a good technique?
