Q&A ICD-10-CM CHANGES

I do not understand the meaning of fractures within the 10? There are type I, II, III with no explanation. Perhaps they are in the guidlines......

Thank You so much. The seventh character doesnt define Type I, II or any of them, though it helps to have knowledge of the differences for accurate coding.
