I do not understand the meaning of fractures within the 10? There are type I, II, III with no explanation. Perhaps they are in the guidlines......

The type would be documented by the physician: the coder does not need to determine the type, just code it as documented. There is information on Wikipedia if you want to learn more. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salter-Harris_fractures

Thank You so much. The seventh character doesnt define Type I, II or any of them, though it helps to have knowledge of the differences for accurate coding.
