Good pay for a new HCC coder?

Hi,
Could you please tell me how much pay should a new HCC coder expect to get on their first job? TIA:)

You may be interested in taking a look at the AAPC salary survey. The CRC credential, being relatively new is not listed, but in the future more data will be available, so check back next year. At best, you can see how the CPC credential does in the survey, and how experience increases your potential salary.
