Would you be able to explain the correct timing for certifications (I may have worded that incorrectly)

Some discrepancies in the office and external billing office with billing Certifications signed by the doctors for: Face-to-Face / Home Health - Plan of Care / Physical - Occupational Therapy / Hospice.
The proper HCPCS codes and date that should be on the certification for billing purposes.
