Dermablade to removal wart HELP!

I was wondering if anyone could help me get the correct procedure to bill?

"After discussing the reisks and benefits with he and his mom and we decided to remove it with Dermablade. After getting consent I cleansed the area with lidocaine and then using a Dermablade shaved off the lesion. I then was going to cauterize it with electrocautery. However, for some reason I have never had it happen before and he felt like some electrical shock in his left hand even thought I was cauterzing on the chest. Because of this he wanted to just use some compression. Since it was not bleeding very much and felt it was fine and mom was okay with that. I then appiled a little bit of bandage and used some foam bandage applied a pressure bandage. I gave them some antibiotic packets they can apply at night to keep it from getting infected. The lesion is 3 to 4 mm wart on mid chest area.

The code that caught my eye was 11300, Would this be correct?

Thanks, Debi

It looks correct to me, but I am not an expert in dermatology coding. 3 to 4 mm would probably be 0.3 to 0.4 cm and that is why I agree with you.
