Hi, on page 7 of CPT 2013 (E/M section), right below System Review, Laureen wrote:

Prob Pert = 1
Extended = 2-9
Complete = 10-14

"All other systems negative" = complete

What is this about? I'm really confused by this. I would highly appreciate some help. Thanks a lot!

What I got from the blitz is that if a dr writes "all other systems negative" that its a clue that that would be considered a complete ROS even though they were all negative. Does that answer your question Carolyn?
