Q&A CPC Exam - Are 1995 or 1997 E/M Guidelines used?

You won't need the DG for the CPC exam. The question will tell you for instance history was comprehensive, exam was problem focused, and MDM was Moderate. Some may only give 2 but you wont be disecting a note. For example if they want you to figure out history it will say extended history, review of 8 systems and pertinent PFSH
