This is definitely a water cooler thread! And Ruth I'm hoping you'll share your wisdom here.
Now that I'm going to Disney and ack may need to get into a bathing suit with the kids at the pool I need to shed some pounds. But I also want to get rid of toxins as I know that's important. So as I'm thinking of this I find a recorded show of Dr. Oz talking about this Clean Detox Program
