This 52-year-old female has chronic cholecystitis with cholelithiasis and was admitted into the SDS unit. She has been having increasing abdominal pain. A laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed, and an ERCP was also done to rule out obstructed common bile duct with stones. A sphincterotomy was performed, and then lithotripsy of the stones was done. The largest particles of stones were removed
