Q&A 2015 release date of CPT, HCPCS AND ICD-9

I think I was misinformed on the date of release for the coding manuals. I was told that the date of release was October. Is that only for specific manuals or all or all of them? I have ordered my CPT HCPCS and ICD-9, and thought for certain the online store told me the shipping date was Sept 15, 2014 for my 2015 coding manuals.

They don't ship at the same time. I think I got my CPT and ICD-9 books in October and November, but not sure which came first, and then the HCPCS comes in December in previous years. I ordered my 2015 books in May, and have not received anything yet.
