How Do I Earn My Free CEU, Exactly?

Step 1: Join the free CCO Community to access the exam area where you’ll claim the Free CEU during the live event.
Step 2: Register for the webinar using the link above and look for the registration email. This ensures you have a “seat” to attend.
Step 3: Attend live on Streamyard using the unique “join” link that was sent to your email in Step 2.
Step 4: Pay attention during the live webinar! Detailed instructions for claiming the CEU are announced during the live event.
Step 5: Using the password revealed inside Streamyard, login to the Exam Area to claim your Free CEU certificate. Be sure to download or take a screenshot of the certificate in case of future audits. CCO cannot assist with the recovery of free CEUs after the live event concludes.

We cannot issue Free CEUs to attendees on YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook or other streaming platforms due to AAPC attendance policies.

Can I Earn a Free CEU by Watching a Replay or Recording?

Only CCO Club members can earn the CEU by watching a Replay or Recording and taking a short quiz based on the event. Click here to join.

How Long Do I Have to Claim the Free CEU?

The Free CEU must be claimed during the live event so be sure to arrive on time and pay attention. As soon as the live event ends, we remove the Free CEU to ensure only live attendees received it.

I Attended the Live Event, Then Something Unexpected Happened and I Couldn’t Claim the Free CEU. How Can I Get it?

Sorry, but you cannot claim the Free CEU after an event has ended. It’s only available during the live event in order to remain compliant with AAPC’s strict CEU policies.

The Password Is Not Working in the AAPC CEU Index Tracker

The password we announce inside Streamyard is not the CEU Index. The password is used to validate attendance during the live event and claim the final CEU Certificate inside the Exam Area. The final CEU certificate contains the actual CEU Index number you enter into the AAPC CEU Tracker.
