Paring or cutting, removal of skin tags

I am re-watching the Blitz videos to prepare for my exam next week. I have the book already marked up but I want to double check a couple of things. Under codes 11056 and 11057, if there are let's say 3 lesions....would I just code 11056 or 11056 x 3. Also for code 11200, if it is 13 lesions, do I code just 11200 or 11200 x 13. Also, like code #11900 and 11901...would these just be reported once for each code if it falls within the number listed? I just want to mark my book clearly in case my nerves come into play during the exam :)

This is why we bubble and highlight - you should have 11055-11057 bubbled. Now when you look inside that bubble you'll see you would ever report one using of 11055 since there is an indented 11056 and 111057. Since you have 3 lesions you would report one unit of 11056.

"up to and including 15" would cover your 13 lesions so you would code one unit of 11200. If it said "each" then that would be a different story.
